A minute to pause
If you can, pause for a moment.
Take a deep breath in.
Let it go.
Soften your forehead.
(Notice if it was tense.)
Let the corners of your lips lift slightly, like a Mona Lisa smile.
Drop your shoulders.
(They’re often higher than we realize , were yours?)
Open your chest a little.
Lift your heart up.
Now breathe in through your nose for 4 seconds.
Hold for 4.
Breathe out through your mouth for 4. Let it go
Repeat once or twice, eyes closed if you like.
